LINK TO NEWBORNS.(CAPITAL REGION)

SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Saratoga Hospital has launched a newborn baby link on its Web sites at http://www.saratogacare.org or http://www.saratogahospital.org. The link features pictures of newborns with birth vital statistics. The new link on the site will enable friends and family to see newborn pictures within hours of the birth. To access the link, visitors need to go to the home page and click on the newborn icon.Creative process talk SARATOGA SPRINGS -- A selection of female artists from the Capital Region will talk about the creative process in a panel discussion at Skidmore College on ``Women in the Arts: The Creative Process'' set for Monday, Feb. 25. The event will be held in the Payne Presentation Room of the Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery on the Skidmore campus. A reception begins at 5:45 p.m. and discussion will follow at 6:30 p.m.

Panelists will be Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill, producing director of Capital Repertory Theater; Ellen Sinopoli, choreographer; Anne Turner, soprano and artist-in-residence at Skidmore; and Susie Brandt, assistant professor in the crafts-fibers department of the Philadelphia College of Art and Design. Margo Mensing, assistant professor of art at Skidmore will be the panel moderator.

Skidmore is cosponsoring the panel with the Initiatives for Women program at the University at Albany.
